Mom says she was dating my father but he didn't want to be obligated as a father.I don't know if that part is true but I do know I was born,Christened and raised a Baptist at the Bedford Baptist Church in theCity of Bedford. I remember attending classes alot like pre-school though I was only a year old.

Mom inherited her house on Peaks Street in Bedford City from her husband at the time, Colbourn St.Clair after he died. The house was worth 36,000 dollars. Mom was then approached by Judge Betty Ivans and her husband, John R Ivans at home on Peaks Street. Judge Betty Ivans typed up a legal document obligating mom to pay ten thousand dollars cash in ties to the Bedford City Church of God. When she refused to do so, (I was tortured by pouring a substance called sweet oil into my ears as her punishment, I was 1 year & 6 days old and) we were continuously terrorized by Pastor John Ivans and any law enforcement officer that accompanied him at the point of time. Mom sold the house for 42,000 dollars and bought the one on Timber Ridge Road for 36,000 and made a 6,000 dollar profit.

I was trying to recall when mom adopted my older sister, Kathy and I don't remember her being a part of the family until I was a year old. Her birthday is March, 13, 1963. This pastor John R Ivans brought her by the house trying to get mom to adopt her. The way I remember it was she didn't want another child to feed and certainly not through adoption.John threatened mom for some reason because she didn't want to adopt. Thats the first time I was tortured and I remember in the argument, he told mom he would have a Judge write up the papers reguardless of what mom wanted.Easter came along and I remember mom getting me to hunt easter eggs before those horrible people came back to threaten us.It was May or June when they returned and abandoned Kathy at the house even though mom said no, she was eleven years old. This psycho-pastors wife was a city court judge, Betty Ivans and two weeks later they brought mom papers for adoption. They charged her two thousand dollars for the adoption papers and mom decided she'd go ahead and adopt her, even though she was being forced to do so. When August or Setember came along they both returned talking about John R Ivans needing money to help his ministry. Thats when Judge Betty Ivans typed up papers obligating mom to pay ten thousand dollars cash in ties to the Bedford City Church of God ministry. She claimed that since mom didn't have to pay alot of taxes on the house she inherited, that she should pay them money for Kathy to attend their church.I remember an officer or someone saying that they had heard of these people going around forcing people into paying ties to their church, that had recently acquired an inheritance.Because mom had them reported to the police once they left. Evidently the officer was in on the entire ordeal because he neglected to mention that she really was a city court judge which is why no charges were made and no arrest was made.Kathy was Christened and raised a Baptist at the Bedford Baptist Church in theCity of Bedford a week or two later, after being dropped off at the house.

Because the Bedford City Church of God was threatening us when mom married a man named Coulborn St.Clair and inherited his house. And their Psycho-pastor John R Ivans was torturing me by the use of pouring anointment oil into my ears, a solution of olive oil.
Mom was force to sell her house in the City to escape the torture of the Bedford City Church of God pastor John R Ivans. Because we were threatened by their entire ministry for being married to Coulborn St.Clair and inherited his house. This is the point in time this psychopath started to torture me by the means of pouring anointment oil into my ears, containing olive oil. The church told her they refused to leave us alone.

I had them baptize me again with water because I was too small to remember being Baptized and Christened when I was born.

After finding out where we lived and still unable to prosecute this psychopath John Ivans. He sent a man named David Astor Gibson to our house to torment us and rape mom. He got my mother pregnant with my sister Gina. And this psycho-pastor threatened her at gun point, forcing her to sign marriage papers to marry David Astor Gibson.We was able to prosecute John because Judge Updike refused to prosecute a pastor or investigate the evidence that he was behind everything we had been suffering. Deeming my testimony as a child as being inadmissible in a court of law, so we were never placed into witness protection like I had hoped at the point in time.Instead Judge Updike decided to have the Church of God ministry act like they didn't know who he was.
Gina Marie Gibson was Born

Mom was raped by David Astor Gibson when John R Ivans sent him to our house to torment us. I was six years old, when John Ivans came to the Bedford memorial Hospital threatening mom,at gun point, to sign a marriage document, obligating her to be married to David Gibson. Not a single nurse or doctor said a word about this terrifying event.
Moved to Penicks on Mosley's Bridge Road in Bedford County, a part of the Thaxton community.

We were then transferred again back to Bedford Elementary School, while our baby-sitter was protected by police surveillance to protect us for several months.

Because she came out to this school yet again threatening me.So we tried to move again to avoid being terrorized by Pastor John R Ivans and the psycho step-father David that John got to torment us and forced mom to marry.Mom sold the house for 38000 dollars and had most of it in cash to pay for another house in cash, the owner asked 24,000 for. Mom was willing to pay 26,000 to move in immediately with no questions.The day we were to leave and move in to the new house my Aunt Helen, Elizabeth, Betty and Bernice showed up. Claiming to help us move but we didn't plan on taking much with us, mom was planning to buy a whole new living and bedroom sets.Instead Aunt Helen and Aunt Elizabeth had told John R Ivans about our plan to disappear again. Cause moms intentions has always been the best of intentions for her children.The nerve of this hateful aunt to assist her psycho-pastor in his claims of mom being unfit and stealing all that money from her was an unprecedented dedication to him.(defining unprecedented dedication: not done or experienced before, an act or rite of dedicating to a divine being or to a sacred use a self-sacrificing devotion)Why the dedication to this criminal and satanic minister is so devoted even against her own sister, who is innocent, is far beyond my understanding.I was in the 5th grade, when Ronald Toms came out to where we lived in Penicks. Taking advantage of a situation where my brother and a friend of his burnt down a barn. He must have had knowledge of the police scanners to pick up the call and be present at the time. The local dispatch told me there was an officer of the law present and sent him back out to our residence to file a complaint against him. The local dispatch told me there was an officer of the law present and sent him back out to our residence to file a complaint against him. She also tlod me the only thing I could do was file a report with the school system, Thaxton Elementary Shcool. There are several times I was hospitalized from the ages of nine to eleven years old. I've been trying to remember in what order these events took place, to accurately describe the horror of it all. I think I had reconstructive surgery on my right ear first then was hit in the head with the swing of a metal T-ball baseball bat by Ronald Toms. And finally broke both of my arms and shortly after had a Social Service Worker try to place us in a home.When Ronald Toms, (Secondary Pastor or Deacon of the Bedford City Church of God) decide to torture me in front of the entire office personnel at Thaxton Elementary School, with a substance called Sweet Oil or Anointment Oil. I was trying to get him charged with the felony of torture that lead to having reconstructive surgery on my right ear.Ronald decided to come out to the house with an officer of the law he was friends with to threaten us into submission. When I refused to cooperate he took a metal T-ball baseball bat he found at my neighbors house and knock me in the head with it full force.As I was recovering in the ICU unit at Lynchburg General Hospital, Ronald Toms decided to pay us a visit. I had him removed from the room because I was in danger of him. He visited mom later and told her that if we did not drop the charges he would be back to beat the hell out of us again.

Dr. Hashasaki at the UVA hospital wouldn't prescribe an antibiotic, such as Cipro or Cedax, claiming I had been given too many antibiotics over the course of a year and three months.

Religious Genocide, The Real Life Terror of Hierarchy
Aside of being tortured, raped, sexually assaulted threatened, continuously pursued and terrorized by the Bedford City's Church of God ministry and the law enforcement officers who lay down cover fire for these terrorist ministers. The American Citizens in this community is forced to submit to their reign of terror, torture and rape or mass rape courtesy of the local authorities who allow that sort of behavior. Regardless of what the individuals religious beliefs are or are not, resulting in Religious Genocide.
When the Declaration of Independence was formed by our forefathers, we were given an amendment called the Freedom of Religion Act. Stating every American Citizen had a legal right to to worship and believe in accordance to their own beliefs.
In my particular case me and my mother were denied sanctuary by the Bedford City's Bedford Baptist Church when the pastor of the Bedford City's Church of God decided to try and impose his beliefs upon us, mainly me. When the pastor at that time decided to torture me by the use of pouring poison into my ears called Sweet Oil. I was tortured because I was a witness to the pastor try to force my mother into paying him $10,000 in ties to his ministry, of which she refused to do.
My mother wasn't a member of his ministry and owed no ties to his ministry. Her sisters, however, did become members of his ministry shortly before they decided to try and force her into paying $10,000 towards his ministry. The main reason this was taking place at that point in time was because her sisters ( Helen & George Preston Steen Jr. also Elizabeth & Vernon Craig Jr., Deacon of the Bedford City Church of God) were hard up for money. Whether it was because they had more children than what they could afford to feed or didn't have a home of their own. So their minister decided my mother should share the wealth since she just recently inherited a house from her first husband, Colburn. (Edward). St.Clair.
This was just the beginning to a lifetime of torture, rape and terrorism taking place from March 27, 1975 unto present day March 11, 2013. Even-though the local authorities act like they haven't got a clue as to how terrorism is taking place in modern day America or who these terrorist cult groups are.
Every year around Halloween this ministry writes on its Marque "Trick or Trunk", in reference to how they are often times abducting people or children in their community to abuse them or torture them. They simply aren't shy about their reign of torture and terrorism in this community since the Bedford City and County's Police Department is always more than willing to aid them in their reign of terror.
Following My Lifes Story Revised, I have pointed out various key individuals who have assisted in covering up these terrifying events from day one. March 27, 1975 a Bedford City Police Officer was circling the block where we lived on Peaks Street in Bedford City, (near the Bedford City's Bedford Memorial Hospital), while Pastor John R. Ivans was present at our house door. The officer of the law at that time eventually grew his hair out since that day so he has long, wavy-curly black hair and keeps it cut to shoulder length. He stands about six to six foot two inches tall, husky build with broad shoulders. Both men were plenty of intimidation for a one year child and a five foot four inch tall mother.
Pastor John R. Ivans was the Pastor of the Bedford City's Church of God ministry located near Peaks St. at that point of time, close to the Bedford City Lake. He stood about six foot six inches tall, slender build and muscular.
Before they were soon forced to move their ministry into a spare building donated by the local Rubatex Corporation. And finally ended up purchasing a property facing Independance Blvd. on East Main Street beside the under pass of the Lynchburg Salem Turnpike exit.
When we made the report about me being tortured and the officers involvement in these events, the local authorities knew exactly who we were describing at the point of time. They just simply weren't concerned about the felonies taking place at the point in time, they also knew Pastor Ivans was married to the Bedford City Court Judge Betty Ivans. The local authorities simply had no intentions of pursuing proper justice at that point of time and put forth every effort they could possibly think of keep from prosecuting Pastor Ivans with help from Judge Betty Ivans.
Every effort to expose a government official either local, state or federal is constantly and continuously being covered up by the U.S.Government in general. While proclaiming all sort of exposure laws apply in these cases prohibiting the American Citizens from openly exposing them for who and what they are and unto what extent they are always more than willing to go to in covering up their criminal and psychotic behavior or activity.
What ever court case took place for these crimes committed by John R. Ivans for torturing me was convened lead, literally directed by Judge Betty Ivans. Who constructed the entire case by refusing evidence and testimony into her courtroom and had already premeditated and predetermined the verdict long before we stepped foot into the Court House. (That's how severely corrupt the Bedford City and County's Legal and Judicial System has always been from 1970's unto this day of 2013.)
Its been one lie after another from 1975 to present day to continually cover up some of the most terrifying events of my life. But being married to a City Court Judge and being a Pastor of a church ministry means making a lie become an evolving illegitimate truth as the truth slowly fades from existence Making the two most hateful and nasty people in Bedford, Virgina the most terrifying exalted people in our community as they fiercely defend their positions of superiority. The real life terror of hierarchy: defined; some say that the Texas Chainsaw Massacre is horrifying or terrifying. But in the safety of our homes we have no need to feel in danger as we become intriguingly educated in what some people are capable of and how they engage in these terrifying acts of torture, rape and murder. On the other hand it far more terrifying what persons of authority in America and its government deal in on a daily basis. Police Officers who are overly hormonal and brutally aggressive looking for the opportunity to take advantage of any crime case or created crime case in their community. Judges who falsify legal documents or testimony of importance and significance in a court case of personal, business, religious or political crime in America.
As their were several visits from Pastor Ivans to cure his drug addiction, lust for money and willingness to beat us, mostly mom. While claiming to be a Pastor of the Church of God and promoting the book of Jubaliee.
Sometime after the court case Pastor Ivans then came to the house forcing mom to adopt my sister Kathleen Elaine St.Clair to proclaim a sum of money for his services. Mom didn't want a child to adopt but he forced the issue upon us and as always he had an Officer of the Law accompany him.
Several events took place during these threats from Pastor Ivans.
He was told by Helen Steen Jr., where mom lived and that she had money because she owned her own house. She and George was being visited and threatened by him after being turned in for being sexually involved with some neighborhood children on SleepyRidge Drive. He was using drugs back then and swore his revenge on her and her husband. Mom was visiting Helen once during his threats and beatings and had the law pick him up.
He came to the house claiming to be a Bible salesman, a Gideon needing donations, promoting the book of Jubaliee.
He then came to the house demanding $10,000 in ties to his ministry as a donation.
He then had his wife, the Judge, type up documents claiming mom owed $10,000 in ties with a warrant to pay.
The case was beaten in court because she didn't agree to owing the money, had no ties with his ministry and was forced to testify before his congregation a false testimony while being beaten and threatened on church grounds.
He brought a girl to the house forcing mom to adopt so he could charge a fee for his services even though mom never asked to adopt or have another child to feed. Her name was Kathleen Elaine something. She was a girl kidnapped and raped by Pastor Ivans brought to the house for drug money.
He returned looking for his fee while claiming his wife had already typed up the documents, Threatening and beating on us and raping us.
Kathy left to return to her original home of mother and father when finding out she was pregnant by Pastor Ivans.
Pastor Ivans found out she had left to return home after beating the truth out of mom.
He returned with Kathy claiming mom will pay his fees for adoption of $1000 down payment and when mom refused to pay him he tortured me standing on the sidewalk in front of the house by the road on Peaks Street.
This terrifying day was March 27, 1975, contrary to previous writing as I tried to remember all of the events leading to first being tortured.
He returned the following day to see if Kathy was still there and to try collecting his down payment beating mom and Kathy almost to death.
Mom decided to move and had to stay at Aunt Helen's house for a few weeks until she bought and sold the houses, returning Kathy to her parents.
(It takes a lot of effort to remember the details of these events of childhood and torture which I am supposed to not remember after being tortured in such a manner. As Pastor John R. Ivans and Judge Betty Ivans desperately sought to blame each occurrence on mom.)
After being continuously visited by Pastor Ivans with his continual threats, betrayal by my mothers sisters and the story constantly changing from $10,000 in ties. To adoption fees for a sister she was forced to adopt and any money he could swindle her out of from time to time. Because the Judge refused to admit her husbands drug use of Methamphetamine a persons claim to the fact.
We were then forced to sell the house and move to keep from being threatened and terrorized by Pastor John R. Ivans. Moving from Peaks Street in the City of Bedford to Timber Ridge Road in the County of Bedford while mom was pregnant with my brother Bryan K. St.Clair, (father unknown).
By the time I was three years old after my brother was born, I was abducted by Pastor John R. Ivans, forced into his car and forced to suck his penis until he ejaculated all over me. Then I was stabbed with a butter knife into the chest cavity piercing my heart. Oddly enough he drove me to the Emergency Room at the Bedford Memorial Hospital in the City of Bedford.
Pastor Ivans found out where we lived when my Aunt Helen Preston Steen Jr. told him where we lived. Helen found out when mom contacted her announcing my brothers birth. Pastor Ivans intentions to collect the previous debt of $10,000 he still claimed she owed to his ministry.

The phrase is commonly thought to mean that the government should not establish, support, or otherwise involve itself in any religion.
It's a Free Country A commonly heard mantra is, "Read your Constitution — it's a free country, you know!" Well, read your Constitution — it never says it is a free country. The implication of the aphorism is that in the United States, you can do whatever you want to do, and the Constitution is there to ensure that. It is certainly true that the Constitution protects many civil rights. The 1st Amendment ensures freedom of religious choice and freedom of speech, but those things are not without limit. You cannot create a religion that allows you to kill someone without civil punishment; you cannot use libelous or slanderous words without recourse. There are other things that restrict freedom — from the ability to suspend habeas corpus to the issuance of patents. Certainly the United States is a very free country, but it is not totally free — which is actually a good thing, unless you actually like anarchy. It is interesting to note that in his confirmation hearings in 2005, John Roberts said several times, "It's a free country." Separation of Church and State -- The Cases
The following principles have emerged from the cases in which the Court has hashed out the parameters of the separation between church and state for past 60 years:
The government must remain neutral, neither favoring or opposing religion or non-religion. For example, the government must be content-neutral when issuing permits for groups to use public property for meetings, neither favoring non-religious groups over religious groups nor favoring one denomination over another. Public schools must be neutral when allowing extracurricular groups to use the school property for meetings and may not favor non-religious groups over religious groups or vice versa.
The government may not encourage religious practice in a way that is coercive as could be the case where a religious observance is declared to be voluntary but circumstances make an individual’s non-participation undesirable or unlikely, such as prayer at a public school graduation ceremony.
The government may not interfere with a person’s religious ideas, but it may interfere with his actions. For example, the government may prohibit drug use although an individual maintains drug use is necessary to his religious practice.
After thirty-eight years of torture, rape and terrorism living in the Bedford City and County community of Virginia I sought out assistance from the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Counselling Services in Lynchburg. My counselor Christine M. Ross, MSW helped me get two hearing aids I was needing since I was a child. I presented her with my medical records of having reconstructive surgery on my right ear at the age of ten years old and the left ear at the age of twenty-four.
I reveled to her how I needed hearing aids since I was the age of ten years old but was never taken to a specialist to acquire hearing aid assistance. Mostly because of the fact that we were constantly being threatened and attacked by the Bedford City's Church of God Pastors and Deacons. How I never received any medical assistance concerning my hearing disability because of Judge Betty Ivans intervention with the local Social Services Administration.
My testimony to my counselor Christine Ross was that the efforts of both Judge Betty Ivans and Pastor John R. Ivans was intended to try making out that my mother was unfit to raise children. While neglecting to mention the fact that the reason I needed hearing assistance was because I was tortured by the Judges husband Pastor Ivans who was often times accompanied by the local law enforcement officers. As the Judge Ivans and Pastor Ivans put forth every extensive effort to cover up these terrifying events torture, rape and terrorism performed by Pastor Ivans in the City and County of Bedford, Virginia.

The problem with how America is being run
One of the problems of modern day America is that the Local Government, United States Government and Christian Ministry is constantly tearing down innocent children to exault very nasty and hateful men of power or authority.
They take a man that spends most of his life getting loaded on intravenous and hard core drugs taking sexual advantage of small children and single mothers who can not defend theirselves. And make out like he's some sort of King or God for the plain and simple fact that he holds a position of authority. While keeping these men in a position of authority, refusing to testify against them and put forth extensive efforts to cover up the terrorfying felonies these men commit habitually and repetively, every day and evey year of their miserable lives.
So why do certain individuals have so many people or persons of authority constantly covering up some of the most terrorfying events taking place on a yearly or weekly basis?
What is so important about these indivduals other holding a position of power or authority such as, Law Enforcement Officer, Church Minister or Judge?
If these people are that horrifyingly criminal in nature then how does it make sense to continue their employment in these positions of authority or power?
The U.S.Government and the Ministry itselves are constantly asking why is their so much corruption in America even though they put forth little or no effort in removing the severity of corruption in American Government and the Church Ministry.
The very worst crimes or felonies taking place in America are all at the hands of people who hold a position of power of influence or authority in American Government. Crimes and felonies that are disasterous on a large scale setting the peoples goals for getting ahead practically impossible. While making out like the American People can't live without them or get along better with out their participation. And at the same time those incharge of raising funds to cut a little of the top for their personal gratification and to insure personal perseverance. People who insist upon staying in control or of power and authority, a desperate people who do not have the best interests in mind of the American People.
These are the types of people who need to be forcefully removed from authority or power of persuation if they refuse to step down. Seriously... the American People have no need for a system of Government or Ministry that doesn't serve its purpose. Even more so, the American People definately have no need for corruption in its many various forms of Government Organizations. It is too clostly to employ people who rob and abuse the system because of their positions of authority.
How are we as a people or country going to get ahead or back on our feet when we have corrupt individuals holding them down or stealing out of their pockets?
President Obama decided to raise $55 million dollars to help with post-trama students in Conneticut, which was helpful but he took 2% of the peoples wages without putting it to a vote. Just took the money he needed without a vote or the people being aware of it.
On the other hand a Court Judge puts a court case of Mass-Rape to popular vote to decide if the Nationally Broadcast Video Footage should be used as evidence. It is very strange how these people of power and authority are able to break the law to predetermine a verdict to a court case or resolve a case of distress.

My Lifes Story Revised
Born on March 21, 1974
In Bedford Memorial Hospital.
Mom says she was dating my father but he didn't want to be obligated as a father.I don't know if that part is true but I do know I was born,Christened and raised a Baptist at the Bedford Baptist Church in theCity of Bedford. I remember attending classes alot like pre-school though I was only a year old.
Mom was force to pay 10,000 dollars in ties to the Bedford City Church of God.
1975 in Peaks Street, Bedford, Virginia
Mom inherited her house on Peaks Street in Bedford City from her husband at the time, Colbourn St.Clair after he died. The house was worth 36,000 dollars. Mom was then approached by Judge Betty Ivans and her husband, John R Ivans at home on Peaks Street. Judge Betty Ivans typed up a legal document obligating mom to pay ten thousand dollars cash in ties to the Bedford City Church of God. When she refused to do so we were continuously terrorized by Pastor John Ivans and any law enforcement officer that accompanied him at the point of time.Mom sold the house for 42,000 dollars and bought the one on Timber Ridge Road for 36,000 and made a 6,000 dollar profit.

I was trying to recall when mom adopted my older sister, Kathy and I don't remember her being a part of the family until I was a year old. Her birthday is March, 13, 1963. This pastor John R Ivans brought her by the house trying to get mom to adopt her. The way I remember it was she didn't want another child to feed and certainly not through adoption.John threatened mom for some reason because she didn't want to adopt. Thats the first time I was tortured and I remember in the argument, he told mom he would have a Judge write up the papers reguardless of what mom wanted.Easter came along and I remember mom getting me to hunt easter eggs before those horrible people came back to threaten us.It was May or June when they returned and abandoned Kathy at the house even though mom said no, she was eleven years old. This psycho-pastors wife was a city court judge, Betty Ivans and two weeks later they brought mom papers for adoption. They charged her two thousand dollars for the adoption papers and mom decided she'd go ahead and adopt her, even though she was being forced to do so. When August or Setember came along they both returned talking about John R Ivans needing money to help his ministry. Thats when Judge Betty Ivans typed up papers obligating mom to pay ten thousand dollars cash in ties to the Bedford City Church of God ministry. She claimed that since mom didn't have to pay alot of taxes on the house she inherited, that she should pay them money for Kathy to attend their church.I remember an officer or someone saying that they had heard of these people going around forcing people into paying ties to their church, that had recently acquired an inheritance.Because mom had them reported to the police once they left. Evidently the officer was in on the entire ordeal because he neglected to mention that she really was a city court judge which is why no charges were made and no arrest was made.Kathy was Christened and raised a Baptist at the Bedford Baptist Church in theCity of Bedford a week or two later, after being dropped off at the house.

Mom was force to sell her house in the City to escape the torture of the Bedford City Church of God pastor John R Ivans. Because we were threatened by their entire ministry for being married to Coulborn St.Clair and inherited his house. This is the point in time this psychopath started to torture me by the means of pouring anointment oil into my ears, containing olive oil. The church told her they refused to leave us alone.
Had to move from Peaks Street because we were being threatened by the Bedford City Church of God ministry and their psychotic pastor, John R Ivans. They were determined to force mom to pay ten thousand dollars in ties. So I was constantly tortured with him pouring Sweet Oil or Anointment Oil with Olive Oil in my ears, because she refused.

I remember being extremely jealous of my little brother but I did get to witness him being Christened and Baptized. I had them baptize me again with water because I was too small to remember being Baptized and Christened when I was born.

After finding out where we lived and still unable to prosecute this psychopath John Ivans. He sent a man named David Astor Gibson to our house to torment us and rape mom. He got my mother pregnant with my sister Gina. And this psycho-pastor threatened her at gun point, forcing her to sign marriage papers to marry David Astor Gibson.We was able to prosecute John because Judge Updike refused to prosecute a pastor or investigate the evidence that he was behind everything we had been suffering. Deeming my testimony as a child as being inadmissible in a court of law, so we were never placed into witness protection like I had hoped at the point in time.Instead Judge Updike decided to have the Church of God ministry act like they didn't know who he was.
Gina Marie Gibson was Born

Mom was raped by David Astor Gibson when John R Ivans sent him to our house to torment us. I was six years old, when John Ivans came to the Bedford memorial Hospital threatening mom,at gun point, to sign a marriage document, obligating her to be married to David Gibson. Not a single nurse or doctor said a word about this terrifying event.
Moved to Penicks on Mosley's Bridge Road in Bedford County, a part of the Thaxton community.

She came up with this splended scheme after she was told she may be facing being debenched from her position as Bedford City Court Judge. Because she came out to this school yet again threatening me.So we tried to move again to avoid being terrorized by Pastor John R Ivans and the psycho step-father David that John got to torment us and forced mom to marry.Mom sold the house for 38000 dollars and had most of it in cash to pay for another house in cash, the owner asked 24,000 for. I was trying to get him charged with the felony of torture that lead to having reconstructive surgery on my right ear.Ronald decided to come out to the house with an officer of the law he was friends with to threaten us into submission. When I refused to cooperate he took a metal T-ball baseball bat he found at my neighbors house and knock me in the head with it full force.As I was recovering in the ICU unit at Lynchburg General Hospital, Ronald Toms decided to pay us a visit. Mom sold the house for 38000 dollars and had most of it in cash to pay for another house in cash, the owner asked 24,000 for. Mom was willing to pay 26,000 to move in immediately with no questions.The day we were to leave and move in to the new house my Aunt Helen, Elizabeth, Betty and Bernice showed up. Claiming to help us move but we didn't plan on taking much with us, mom was planning to buy a whole new living and bedroom sets.Instead Aunt Helen and Aunt Elizabeth had told John R Ivans about our plan to disappear again. This time he shows up with an off- duty police officer who helped him beat the hell out of her and take all the cash she had. Torturing me and my brother, telling her he was going to take our sister with him, Unless she proved she didn't have any more cash on her.Mom had 3 or 4000 dollars on her bank account because she had to pay cash, in the amount of 26000 dollars for the house, no questions and wanted to buy some new furniture for the house to be delivered by Schewels Department Store. So John Ivans stole 34 or 35000 dollars from her that day with a Law enforcement officer accompanying him, watching as he beat the hell out of her. We ended having to stay with our Aunt Helen spending two weeks with her, until mom recovered. Helen even had a Social Service Worker trying to convince us that she was an unfit mother. I refused to allow my aunt and her satanic minister or pastor make mom out to be an unfit parent. Especially after having tortured us so he could steal 35000 dollars from mom. Cause moms intentions has always been the best of intentions for her children.The nerve of this hateful aunt to assist her psycho-pastor in his claims of mom being unfit and stealing all that money from her was an unprecedented dedication to him.(defining unprecedented dedication: not done or experienced before, an act or rite of dedicating to a divine being or to a sacred use a self-sacrificing devotion)Why the dedication to this criminal and satanic minister is so devoted even against her own sister, who is innocent, is far beyond my understanding.I was in the 5th grade, when Ronald Toms came out to where we lived in Penicks. Taking advantage of a situation where my brother and a friend of his burnt down a barn. He must have had knowledge of the police scanners to pick up the call and be present at the time. He came out there to threaten us and to torture and sexually assult me with the officer present. She also tlod me the only thing I could do was file a report with the school system, Thaxton Elementary Shcool. So I filed my complaint and this psycho-pastor Ronald Toms comes out to the school to torture me in front of the entire office personnel. He even has the officer of the law tell me I need to learn to keep my damn mouth shut.No one in the office of Thaxton Elementary said a word about it since, and Mr. Johnson who was principal was fired from his job.

I was in the 5th grade, when Ronald Toms came out to where we lived in Penicks. Taking advantage of a situation where my brother and a friend of his burnt down a barn. He must have had knowledge of the police scanners to pick up the call and be present at the time. He came out there to threaten us and to torture and sexually assult me with the officer present. The local dispatch told me there was an officer of the law present and sent him back out to our residence to file a complaint against him. She also tlod me the only thing I could do was file a report with the school system, Thaxton Elementary Shcool. So I filed my complaint and this psycho-pastor Ronald Toms comes out to the school to torture me in front of the entire office personnel. Sweet oil or anointment oil causes hemorrhaging of the inner ear til infected with fluid. Which leads to having the tune bones reconstructed after being tortured in such a manner over a period of time.

There are several times I was hospitalized from the ages of nine to eleven years old. I've been trying to remember in what order these events took place, to accurately describe the horror of it all. I think I had reconstructive surgery on my right ear first then was hit in the head with the swing of a metal T-ball baseball bat by Ronald Toms. And finally broke both of my arms and shortly after had a Social Service Worker try to place us in a home.When Ronald Toms, (Secondary Pastor or Deacon of the Bedford City Church of God) decide to torture me in front of the entire office personnel at Thaxton Elementary School, with a substance called Sweet Oil or Anointment Oil. I was trying to get him charged with the felony of torture that lead to having reconstructive surgery on my right ear.Ronald decided to come out to the house with an officer of the law he was friends with to threaten us into submission. When I refused to cooperate he took a metal T-ball baseball bat he found at my neighbors house and knock me in the head with it full force.As I was recovering in the ICU unit at Lynchburg General Hospital, Ronald Toms decided to pay us a visit. I had him removed from the room because I was in danger of him. He visited mom later and told her that if we did not drop the charges he would be back to beat the hell out of us again.

Even though I made my report to the Police in James City County, they never made a report of it. Instead John Ivans had a officer from Bedford City drive all the way to James City County to issue me and consences staement for consentual sex. It took three hours for the officer got to Williamsburg. The offers I spoke to on the phone told me there wasn't anything they could do, because I wasn't living in a house at that time.

Overcame Massive Inner Ear Infection

Had an inner ear infection from July 1998, even after having reconstructive surgery on the left ear, the infection was still present. Dr. Hashasaki at the UVA hospital wouldn't prescribe an antibiotic, such as Cipro or Cedax, claiming I had been given too many antibiotics over the course of a year and three months.

To me the Church of God denomination is a ministry that is mistaken for a Muslim religion, claiming to be a Christian religious faith but engages in Satanic rituals of torture, mass rape and group sex activity. All of which in my experience was committed against toddlers.
As I was a child brought up in a world of torture in a community that has kept this a secret through-out my entire lifetime.Even my disability of being hearing impaired isn't even registered as a disability with the local communities social services. Of whom I have tried to receive assistance from throughout my entire lifetime.
(The Church of God ministry frowns upon single women who try to raise children by themselves, promoting illegal marriages by force or power of persuasion. They believe that the man is to be head of household and in the event that there is no husband, they assume the right to act as those individuals religious cult. While denying a woman the right to choose for herself, claiming she can not be head of household.They believe it is okay to marry a young adult female to an much older man, should she be unable to control help her marital impulses.They also believe they have rights to torture children in order get a "true witness", should a child have testimony against them as they have witnessed these terrifying acts taking place.They also believe they have legal rights to rape a young girl, regardless of age if she has marital impulses for a boy her age or claims to have fallen in love as an effort to pursue carnal desires. Of which, in most cases she was taught to do things she shouldn't have had knowledge of by some older man and becomes convicted in her heart (because of her dedication to Jesus Christ) that she should be married or belong to a boy her age.)

Kevin St Clair Do the laws concerning freedom of religion apply to them? Do the laws of cruelty, torture or sacrificial offerings in accordance to the religious beliefs of any religious cult apply to them? Even though they claim to be a religious O'cult? Yes or no?
